Products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong type) are also eligible for return or exchange, regardless of minor packaging wear.
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. This timeline ensures that we can properly inspect the product and process your request in a timely manner. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. To initiate a return or exchange, you must first notify us of your intent, providing proof of purchase (e.g., order number) and clear photos of the product (and any defects or damage, if applicable).
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products: We will cover all return shipping costs associated with these items. Once we receive and inspect the product to verify the issue, we will process either a full refund (including the original shipping cost) or an exchange for the correct item, at your discretion.
